Due to short delivery times between design and assembly, it was necessary to carry out the DO and UO at the same time. One of Solidd's strong points is that we think along with the client in order to realize the simplest and most economical design possible. During the engineering phase, the client requested us to also engineer and manufacture the transport frames for the various hammers, and this within a very short lead time.

The installation of the interior landings did not seem easily achievable in the design, therefore we decided to first perform the assembly in 3D. This proved to be a good step allowing the installation to proceed in a controlled and successful manner. We were able to realize the assembly "just in time" and immediately after installation of the monopiles. All in all, we relieved the client with our way of working and carried out the job safely and in a controlled manner. This resulted in a Safety Award from the client of wich we are proud.
